Sweet Delights that Bear the Hallmark of the Tapir
Food philosophers LAPP & FAO present a new line of addictive gourmet products at the confectionery trade fair ISM 2009
The Bremer Feinkost brand LAPP & FAO produces purist, poetic delights to indulge the palate and please the eye of connoisseurs with a passion for fine foods. At the ISM 2009 (February 1 to 4), the food experts will be introducing an entirely new line of sweet delicacies, including some superb cakes in a jar, exquisite chocolate spreads, new honeys and jams, and premium drinking chocolates on a stick.
LAPP & FAO collaborated with the renowned pâtissier Hans Decker to create enticing new products such as “Tipsy Muncher,” “Olivia at Night” and “Sweet Elderflower” especially for its ISM presentation. These heady names denote a whiskey-flambeed chocolate cake, chocolate cream with caramelized olives and sugar laced with elderflowers. These and other sweet rareties are the new additions to LAPP & FAO’s already exquisite selection of wares. All of the products were developed at the company’s Gut Valenbrook factory and produced by hand using only the finest natural ingredients and no artificial additives. LAPP & FAO invites adventurous gourmets on a journey of sensual and culinary discovery – to be experienced and enjoyed at Stand F 10 a in Hall 2.2.
